Mike Anglin

Non-executive Chairman

Mr Anglin is an experienced mining executive, having spent 22 years with BHP Billiton Ltd, most recently serving as Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer of the Base Metals Group based in Santiago, Chile, before retiring in 2008. Since his retirement, he has served on the board of SSR Mining (formerly Silver Standard Resources), a TSX and NASDAQ listed company, in addition to sitting on its various corporate governance committees.  He was appointed Chairman of SSR Mining in March 2017. In recent years, he has also acted in an advisory capacity to two private equity firms, Denham Capital Management LP and The Carlyle Group, a start up in the energy sector and acted as an advisor to Tulla (a family owned fund) in several resource ventures. He was appointed as a director of the Company on 10 July 2017. Mr Anglin has both operational and business development experience including the construction and start-up of the Spence mine in Northern Chile, and being a senior team member that made the acquisition of Magma Copper Company and led the team that sold the Tintaya operation in Peru to Xstrata plc. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Mining Engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College in London and also attained a Master of Science degree from Imperial College.

Phillip Harman

Non-Executive Director

Mr Harman was formerly Chief Geophysicist of BHP Billiton, and held a variety of exploration management positions in BHP including Exploration Manager South America. He was appointed as a director of the Company on 12 August 2013. During his time in Chile he was responsible for reinvigorating BHP’s exploration program in South America which was focused principally on porphyry copper and epithermal gold exploration with particular emphasis on Chile, Peru and Argentina.  In this role he established a team of highly capable local and expatriate earth scientists and introduced new technologies into the exploration programs, leading to the discovery of the Agua Rica porphyry copper deposit in Argentina. In 2001, Mr Harman left BHP Billiton and established Gravity Capital Limited, a junior exploration company with the right to apply the Falcon airborne gravity technology in its Australian exploration programs for diamonds and base metals.  This successfully led to the establishment of Gravity Diamonds Limited, since sold, of which he was Managing Director. Since 2010 he has been a non-executive director, more recently Chairman, of ASX listed Stellar Resources Limited that is developing the Heemskirk Tin Project near Zeehan in Tasmania.  Mr Harman is non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed Alice Queen Limited which is a gold exploration company in Australia. He was previously on the board of Predictive Discovery Limited which is exploring for and developing projects in West Africa.  For the past three years he has been a non-executive director of the Deep Exploration Technology CRC which is carrying out research into more efficient and effective drilling technologies. Mr Harman is broadly networked throughout the international mining business development and exploration community and in recent years has gained valuable experience in the capital markets, raising risk capital for exploration through the ASX and the AIM market in London.

Kevin Tomlinson

Non-executive Director

Mr Tomlinson is a senior corporate executive with over 30 years experience in the mining and finance industry. He was appointed as a director of the Company on 10 July 2017. His expertise is in corporate advisory, capital raisings, IPOs and merger and acquisition transactions within the Toronto, Australian and London Stock markets. His past 15 years have been in the financial markets in resources research and investment banking with Hartleys in Australia, followed by Williams de Broë and Westwind Partners/Stifel Nicolaus in the UK. Kevin has assisted with corporate governance policies through his tenure on various company boards, such as Medusa Mining, Centamin Plc and Orbis Gold. He is currently Chairman of the ASX listed Cardinal Resources and Xanadu Mines, as well as Plymouth Minerals. Kevin is also a structural geologist having worked from exploration through to development and mining in precious and base metals. Kevin holds an MSc in Structural Geology from Melbourne University, an HBSc in Geology and Energy Sciences (Dual) from Lakehead University in Canada and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (UK).

John Hodder

Non-Executive Director

John Hodder is a Geologist with a B.Sc. Geology and a B.Com. in Finance and Commerce. He spent ten years in the mining and oil and gas industries before completing a M.B.A. at London Business School. Mr Hodder established the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) mining, oil and gas investment department in 1995 and was responsible for its investment activities for some eight years. He has served as a director of a number of junior mining companies and has significant experience of operating and investing in Africa. Mr Hodder also worked at Suncorp and Solaris as a Fund Manager focusing on the resources sector managing an index-linked natural resource portfolio of $1.25bn.  In 2014 Mr Hodder was one of three principals who established Tembo Capital a mining focused private equity fund group.
